We provide all guests with all room towels that can be changed every 3 to 4 days. We also provide your beach towels, so you can save on space in your suitcases, we kindly ask for 1 € if you wish to change your towels and this is donated to the “Smile of The Child” children’s charity.

We are very happy to announce that since 2016 a free Wi-Fi service throughout the hotel complex. This free service is available in all rooms and in all public areas.

We are very happy to arrange a taxi transfer to all guests arriving from either the airport or port in Heraklion. The cost is an additional 45€ payable to the driver. The taxi driver will be waiting for you at the airport and will bring you safely to the start of your vacation.

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to dress appropriately for the dining experience. Smartly dressed and no beach clothing.

No, every room is equipped with a small fridge.

Check-in time is 14:00hrs but we will always do our best to check-in guests arriving before this time. Check-out is 11:00hrs.

Should guests depart late evening and wish to keep their room after the standard mid-day Check-Out time guests are required to contact the Reception Team one day before the departure date. This is not always possible due to the arrival times of new guests but where possible we are very happy to provide this service with an extra charge.
