The main ingredient of the Cretan diet is Cretan, virgin olive oil.

The Cretan diet is simple and wholesome, of course with extra virgin olive oil, but also with focus on local, fresh fruits, vegetables and fish, a moderate consumption of dairy products and wine, and a low consumption of meat products.

Lunch and evening meals are complemented with colorful salads, show cooking corner and a palate pleasing range of sea food side dishes.

Try our “Cretan Corner”. Each day part of our buffet is specially allocated to Cretan dishes and specialties with various pulses, vegetables and herbs.
